Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of DTC Planner, an inventory and demand planning service for online brands, operated by Move Global Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing the DTC Planner app from the Shopify App Store, or using the service, you agree to them. If you use DTC Planner for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. Your account and workspace
- Each brand gets its own private workspace. Owners and admins can invite teammates and choose their roles.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your email account, which you use to sign in, secure.
- Give us accurate account information and keep it current.
2. Plans
- Standard: the DTC Planner app for your whole team, which you set up and run yourself.
- Expert: the app plus an inventory analyst from Move Supply Chain, as described in section 4.
- The price of each plan is shown on our website and when you subscribe.
3. Free trial and billing
- New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start it. If no payment method is added by the end of the trial, the subscription ends and the workspace is paused.
- If you install DTC Planner from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is billed by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Shopify's terms for app charges also apply.
- Otherwise, you pay by card through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Taxes may be added where required.
- You can cancel anytime: from the Billing page, or by uninstalling the app in your Shopify admin if you are billed through Shopify. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice.
4. The Expert plan analyst service
- On the Expert plan, an analyst from Move Supply Chain works in your workspace. Each week they review your Buying Table and send you a buy note with what to order and why. They follow up open purchase orders with your suppliers about confirmations and delivery dates, and they hold a monthly planning call with you.
- You authorise the analyst to view your workspace data and to contact the suppliers on your purchase orders about those orders.
- The analyst gives recommendations. You decide what to buy and approve every purchase order. The analyst doesn't place orders, make payments or sign agreements for you.
- The analyst service starts and stops with your Expert subscription.
5. Your data
- You own the data you bring into DTC Planner, including data imported from your Shopify store. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
- DTC Planner reads your products, inventory, orders and locations. The only change it makes in your store is to stock: when you record a purchase order receipt, it adds the units received to that location's inventory, unless you mark the location as updated by your 3PL. It never changes products, prices or orders.
- How we handle data, including what we read from Shopify, is described in our Privacy Policy.
- If you uninstall the Shopify app, syncing stops and we delete our access tokens for your store. About 48 hours later Shopify asks us to erase your store's data, and we do so as described in our Privacy Policy. Otherwise we delete your workspace within 30 days of a request from the workspace owner to lara@movesupplychain.com.
6. Forecasts and recommendations
Forecasts, buy suggestions, landed-cost estimates, answers and drafts from the Delphi assistant, AI Forecast suggestions and analyst buy notes are planning aids based on the data you provide and on settings you can review. They can be wrong. You stay responsible for your purchasing, inventory and financial decisions, and for checking numbers before you place an order.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't try to access other brands' workspaces or data, break or overload the service, or get around its security or usage limits.
- Don't use the service for anything illegal, or to send email to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
- Don't resell the service or copy it to build a competing product.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other customers at risk.
8. Service changes and availability
We work to keep DTC Planner available and secure, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
9. Third-party services
DTC Planner connects to services such as Shopify and Stripe. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers and limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or stockouts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using DTC Planner and cancel at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them. Sections 5, 6, 10 and 12 continue after the terms end.
12. General
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email workspace owners at least 30 days before it applies. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes about them go to the courts of the Philippines. Questions: lara@movesupplychain.com.
